" All disease begins in the gut”.

Hippocrates

With each passing year we learn more about the important connection between gut health and our overall health and well-being. Our gut is home to more than 100 trillion bacteria, which play a vital role in maintaining the health of our GUT and communicating with the rest of the body. Not only does the majority of our immune system lie within our GUT, but so does communication and production between key neurotransmitters; deeming the GUT the second brain.
