Dr. Ilya Rabkin
Dr. Ilya Rabkin is a board-certified family medicine physician with over a decade of experience delivering personalized, compassionate care.
A graduate of the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his commitment to humanistic care.
He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Fairfax Family Practice in Virginia, where he served as Chief Resident and later joined the faculty.
In addition to teaching roles at VCU and UVA, Dr. Rabkin earned his MBA from Johns Hopkins University, blending clinical expertise with healthcare leadership.
His practice focuses on longevity, preventive health, and integrative medicine, drawing on experience from concierge care and international medical missions.
Today, Dr. Rabkin runs a concierge home-visit practice that combines modern technology with a deeply personal approach, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness in the comfort of patients’ homes.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking, camping with his dog Harley, sailing, and community volunteer work.
