To enroll, go to the course page and select “Enroll” or “Buy Now.” Follow the prompts to complete the payment or registration process.
Course Navigation
Once logged in, you can find your enrolled courses in the "My Courses" or "Dashboard" section.
Yes, Thinkific is mobile-friendly, and you can access courses from your mobile browser. However, some interactive features may work best on a desktop.
Courses are organized into sections or modules. Use the course menu to select sections and progress through the content.
Course Progress
You can see your progress in the course dashboard or at the top of each lesson page, where completion percentages are displayed.
Your progress is automatically saved, so you can pick up right where you left off.
This depends on the course structure. Some courses require you to complete lessons sequentially, while others allow you to skip around.
Course Completion and Certificates
Once you finish all sections, your course will be marked as “Complete,” and you may receive a completion message or a certificate if provided.
After completing the course, go to your dashboard or the certificate section, where you’ll find a download link for your certificate.
Many courses offer certificates upon completion. Check the course details or contact support to confirm if yours does.
Technical Issues
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to another browser. If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam folder for this email as it will sometimes be sent there by firewalls. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour of requesting a reset, please contact tech support and someone will help you.
